How to wash freshly harvested leafy greens.

Items you will need: big bowl filled with cool water, pasta strainer, kitchen towel

1. Put greens into big bowl in small batches and agitate with your hands.
2. Strain into pasta strainer, use kitchen hose or facet to rinse greens a second or third time if needed
3. Let dry on towel and cook as needed.
